Join J.K. Hodge for a showing of Good Bye, Lenin! (German). Produced in 2003, this German tragicomedy film was directed by Wolfgang Becker, and it features a young man in East Berlin who must recreate the communist East Germany for his mother after she awakens from a coma to prevent a fatal shock, as she was a dedicated socialist who missed the fall of the Berlin Wall and reunification. Registration required.
